Water Bowls & Dog Treats – Just Ask!

We always have water bowls and free dog treats available at The George & Dragon. Just ask a member of our team – we love meeting your dogs as much as you do!

Paws on Floors, Please

To keep things comfortable for all our guests, we ask that dogs remain on the floor at all times and are not seated on furniture. It’s part of our “paws on floors” policy – thank you for understanding.

• Sunday Roast – hand-baked lamb & mint bones
• Bark Bangers – mini chicken sausage treats
• Bark Burgers – beef patties with cheese

Dog dinner bowls

£6.95 each

A delicious dinner for hungry dogs or to replace a meal at home

• Roast dinner bowl – chicken drumstick chew, sausage, peas & carrots on a bed of chicken & potato dog food (wheat-free)
• Fish and chips bowl – dried sprats, sweet potato fries & peas on a bed of salmon & trout dog food (grain-free)

Dog drinks

Alcohol-free & refreshing – serve as a drink or pour over dry food

• Bark brew dog ‘beer’ – chicken flavoured
• Paw star dog ‘martini’ – chicken and passion fruit

Our dog friendly bedrooms are the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Marlow. Designed for comfort and convenience, each room includes:

• Easy access to our outdoor Dog Wash area
• A cosy dog bed (fits two medium-sized dogs)
• A complimentary Digby Dog Pack with treats and shampoo

How many dogs per room?

Each room can accommodate up to 2 dogs at £20 per stay (not per night or per dog). If you’d like to reserve a specific room type, contact us at reservations.marlow@heartwoodinns.com and we’ll help get everything sorted for your stay.

We’re ideally located in Marlow for dog walks of all lengths. Whether it’s a quick leg stretch or a long ramble through parks or riverside paths, the surrounding area offers some of the best dog walking in Marlow. Just ask our team for recommendations – we know all the local favourites.

Dog Wash Station

The best adventures often lead to muddy paws, so we’ve created a covered Dog Wash in our courtyard. Just bring your complimentary shampoo and your own towel (please note we don’t provide towels), and freshen up your pup before bedtime or dinner.
