The wait is over – The George & Dragon in Marlow is officially open, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in!

With 200 covers inside, 50 al fresco spots, and 17 beautifully refurbished boutique bedrooms, we’ve been lovingly brought back to life to take our place once again at the heart of the Marlow community.

And of course, we didn’t open quietly… In true Heartwood style, Saint George and his animatronic dragon took to the streets, while guests enjoyed Whispering Angel, live music from the brilliant musical duo Peared, mouth-watering canapés, and tastings from the fabulous team over at Rebellion Brewery. A huge thanks to Deputy Mayor Jennifer Simnett for saying a few kind words and pulling the first pint behind the bar!
